Young People’s Ministry Lead for Penarth Ministry Area

Location: Penarth, Vale of GlamorganSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 (plus pension)Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends)We are seeking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Young People’s Ministry Lead to join us in the Penarth Ministry Area. In the Northeast of the Diocese, the Taff Rhymney Ministry Area (MA) stretches over two valleys north of Caerphilly. The MA is in a period of discernment as it transitions to a new model of ministry and mission. Therefore, we are looking for a MA Leader who can shape and strengthen a shared sense of identity and purpose whilst celebrating the history and heritage of each place, lifting the sights of each local church to a common horizon as the MA looks towards a sustainable future.For an informal chat about this role, please contact Ven.
