The Garth MA in North-West Cardiff is seeking a part-time, enthusiastic and friendly clerical assistant to support the clergy and the success of our team. The role would be varied, to include dealing with bookings for baptisms, weddings and funerals; to produce rotas and other similar documents in consultation with the clergy; and to play a co-ordination role for the members of the Ministry Area Council where needed. Good communications skills including experience of Office 365 and social media such as Facebook or X would be an advantage. Living within the Garth MA is not necessary, but living nearby would be helpful.It is envisaged that this role would require 6 to 8 hours work per week. Hours of work can be flexible provided the output is timely.Salary by negotiation but at least the current National Living Wage rate of £11. 44/hour and commensurate with such a position.Please respond to Geoff Moses either by email on geoffmoses28@gmail.com or phone him on 07917 674203.
