We are eight churches in and around Aberdare, at the upper end of the Cynon Valley, in a stunningly beautiful area with magnificent history and heritage.

We embrace diversity in our worship from Sung Mass with incense, to café church, to our popular Shine Youth Mass and Faith Factory for younger children. We have strong relationships with our schools and huge opportunities offered by our community heritage events, bringing thousands of people through our doors.

The Bishop of Llandaff seeks a Ministry Area Leader who will:

· Offer strategic and supportive oversight of our committed team of clergy and lay leaders

· Inspire us with prayerful, imaginative worship across a breadth of traditions

· Develop and direct our outreach to people of all ages

· Help us serve our communities with love and integrity
