No filming requests should be agreed without notifying the Diocesan Head of Communications and the Provincial Team.

For production companies

Before completing our filming enquiry form, please identify the church you wish to work with and speak directly with the local cleric to agree the details and make sure the parish is comfortable with the project. Once parish approval is confirmed, you can submit an enquiry form.

A filming licence is not required for news or media coverage. Please contact communications@cinw.org.uk for guidance and to notify us of your plans.

If you receive an enquiry from a production company, please discuss the proposal with them and theDiocesan Head of Communication first. If you are satisfied with the content and filming details contact the Provincial Team to discuss the request in more detail.
