Director of Ministry and Discipleship to Leave Llandaff

The Revd Canon Tim Llewellyn Jones, Director of Ministry and Discipleship, has been appointed Priest in Charge of Mistley with Manningtree & Bradfield, and Curate in Charge of Lawford St Mary, in the Diocese of Chelmsford in the Church of England.

Tim is expected to take up his new post in late November 2026. Bishop Mary wants to thank Tim wholeheartedly for his hard and caring work in Llandaff Diocese.

She writes that, “Tim has led wonderful training events for our lay leaders and clergy, including our clergy school in York and a full programme of CMD.

Behind the scenes Tim has been involved in a great deal of pastoral support work.

We will miss his cheerful and creative contribution to ministerial leadership in Llandaff and we pray for him and his family in this time of change.”
