What is the Membership App?
The Membership App allows you record attendance figures in your churches more accurately and in real time - rather than looking back over the past year to submit Annual Returns for a Provincial report that is of little practical value.
The app is very easy to use, and our Communications and Administration Teams are on hand to support you. Using the app will allow you to spot engagement and attendance trends more quickly, to develop appropriate Vision and plans, and to target time and resources accordingly. It will also mean that the clergy spend less time dealing with administration.
In the first instance, we would like each Ministry Area to appoint a named person, ideally not the MAL or the Lay Chair, to act as Data Handler. They will not be handling any personal or sensitive data, the role simply involves inputting attendance figures weekly. As a Ministry Area you may add more users at a later date, as you see fit, to input data separately for churches within the MA, or for midweek services or events.
