Join the Landscapes of Faith Festival
Our hills, valleys and coastal plains are teeming with a rich heritage of faith, yet many of the stories, heritage, sites and legends have been lost or hidden.
The Landscapes of Faith Festival is a community treasure hunt to celebrate our world faith traditions in Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Paganism and the prehistoric sites in South Wales.
The Landscapes of Faith Festival takes place June 2021 across South Wales.
The landscapes of faith are the stories and places in your local landscape that speak of the faith traditions. They can be places where significant things happened in the past, stories of people, names of places, events in the landscape, tales, places of saints, historic happenings, places of beauty and modern stories that publicly bear witness to the faith traditions. Our landscape is packed full of these stories and we have a wonderful opportunity to celebrate them.
Ministry Areas, schools and community groups are invited to share their landscapes of faith. Richard Parry, Community Facilitator will come to you to discover the treasure in your area or community.
Get involved and share your places of interest. Got to the Landscapes of Faith website.
